It's about time! Politicians (especially the republicans) are ignoring the will of the people and are so out of touch with reality in this country. We must find a way to make our voices heard. We need JOBS. We need to rescue the middle class. What kind of country is willing to sacrifice 2 million of its citizens (the long term unemployeed)on the altar of "fiscal conservatism"? Not my America. What kind of country only cares about its children when they are in utero but are willing to let the "born" be hungry, poorly educated and basically doomed to a life of servitude? Not my America. What kind of country believes that its people do not deserve access to adequate healthcare? Not my America. What kind of country subjugates 3 percent of its population to a secondary status because they were born different to them (LGBTQ)? Not my America. What kind of country allows the willfully ignorant minority run the discussion? Not my america. I want my country back.
