John Fullerton

I will be there because I see this democracy collapsing. We are a plutocracy and it is corrupt. Bankers cannot be trusted to hew to honorable standards of conduct. Corporations spend huge sums to undercut laws and have no other standard of ethical behavior than short term profit. The idea that the people of our nation have no common interest is an article of faith in right wing circles. Our common interests are the fiber of our society, and paying taxes is the price we pay to live in a society that sustains the weak and asks a little more of the strong. I was a proud American for too long, now I am a concerned citizen and determined to work against the corrupt saboteurs of our American dream before it becomes a capitalist nightmare.
