Raising funds and material for relief workers at the Common Ground Clinic in New Orleans.
@OccupyIsaac

This Project is a collaboration between the Occupy Movement, Occupy the Stage (in New Orleans), Common Ground Collective, Needs Not Met, Portlight.org, Food not Bombs and the Common Ground Clinic. Occupy camps nationwide will act to procure donations of Medical Supplies and Food by performing fundraising drives nationwide. Collected Supplies with be sent to Occupy Distribution Hubs in Jackson, MS; Tuscaloosa, AL; and Birmingham, AL (more hubs being set up around New Orleans now) and then transported into the New Orleans. Occupy the Stage, Community Kitchens and Food not Bombs will set up mobile kitchens to feed those displaced not only by Isaac but also by Katrina (over 10,000 victims live on the streets to this day). Common Ground Clinic and Common Ground Collective will provide medical and disaster relief.

Please check out our bulletin and update tabs on this page for hub addresses where you can send supplies to, specific needs lists, and feeding locations. To get more information and make donations, please visit the OccupyIsaac InterOccupy hub.
