Defend workers’ rights in Brooklyn!

Defiende los derechos de los trabajadores en Brooklyn!

The union vote has been certified by the NLRB, which means that Sonny Kim, the owner of Golden Farm, must negotiate in “good faith” with the union for a contract. However, this doesn’t guarantee anything. Help keep the pressure on Sonny Kim to pay his workers the back wages he stole from them, and give them a contract with sick days and overtime pay!

We are also on the picket line every day of the week, and would love to see you there as well! Our schedule is:

Saturday & Sunday: 10-8pm (PARTICULARY between 12pm-4pm)
Monday – Friday: 4pm-7pm

Or print out some flyers and come whenever you have time. Together we can win!

Special thanks to New York Communities for Change for bottomlining this action along with Occupy Kensington!

329 Church Ave.
Brooklyn
Q or B to Church then catch B35 to E.4th
OR
G AND F (SHUTTLE BUS) to Church Ave.
